Welcome to the B2B Matching System

This page provides an overview of all the functionalities in b.square. Use the main menu bar at the top to navigate through the platform’s sections.

How to Use the Platform

  1. Fill out your Profile:
    fill in and keep updated your company profile and being presented to participants.

  2. Define your Time availability:
    in the Availability area, mark in green or red the time slots in which you are available to arrange meetings accordingly.

  3. Request appointments to Participants:
    view the companies in the list of participants and request appointments to companies of your interest.

  4. Manage your Appointments:
    you can delete or modify appointments based on your needs.

  5. Check your Agenda:
    - appointments are scheduled by participants and visible in Agenda.
    - use the online Agenda, print it and get ready for your meetings.

PROFILE
In this section you can enter all the information needed to present your company.

  • Company profile: Enter a brief and effective description to present your company, emphasizing the products / services you want to promote on this particular occasion. The more accurate your presentation, the more opportunity to arouse interest and capture the attention of other participants.

  • Additional specifications: finalize your profile by completing the requested additional info and choosing among the proposed fields that best define your business.

AVAILABILITY
In this section you can manage your availability time.

  • Click on the slots and mark in green the time slots in which you are available to have meetings whereas in red those where you are not available. Appointments are scheduled in the indicated green slots.
     

PARTICIPANTS
View the company profiles in the list of participants and request them an appointment request that best suits your interests.

  • Filters: make use of the search criteria to identify attendees of your interest fastly and easily;

  • Request appointments: once identified the companies you are interested in, you can view their profile by clicking on "Eye Icon" and request them an appointment with the "Create Appointment" button.


    Nb.do not forget to accompany appointment requests with a message.

 

APPOINTMENTS REQUESTS
Manage your appointments autonomously:

Schedule an appointment: click on the "Create Appointment" button on the card of participant to create a meeting.

 

AGENDA

To manage your agenda:

  • Click the first button on the top right in the agenda section to subscribe your agenda to iCal and view the appointments in your personal calendar.
  • Click the second button on the top right to share the agenda link with a colleague.
  • Click the third button on the top right to download a PDF version of your agenda.

Additional Access
If you would like a colleague from your company to receive an account to access our platform and set up their meeting schedule, please send an email specifying your colleague’s first name, last name, role, and the company they represent.
